Cancellation & Refund Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment in a program at any time. To receive a full refund, the cancellation request must be submitted within the first seven days from the program's start date. Once enrollment is canceled, any future scheduled payments will be discontinued. For cancellation requests made on the eighth day or later after the program begins, no refund will be granted.

Program Completion Policy
Diplomas will only be issued upon successful completion of all required courses within the program. In addition, all tuition and associated fees must be paid in full before the diploma is awarded.

Certification Eligibility Policy
Students are only eligible to sit for the industry certification exam after they have successfully earned their diploma by completing all required courses and fulfilling all financial obligations for the program.

Certification Pass Promise
Our Pass Promise guarantees that completing our program equips students with the knowledge to pass the certification exam. If they don't succeed on the first attempt, we will refund the exam fee if and when they sign up for the Exam Prep course to prepare for a second attempt at passing the exam.

Grievance Policy and Procedure
Students who have concerns or complaints are encouraged to submit a formal grievance via email to support@nationalcareeracademy.org. All grievances will be reviewed and addressed in a timely manner. If necessary, a meeting with an advisor or relevant department representative will be scheduled to resolve the issue.

Data & Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our students' personal information. Any data collected during enrollment, coursework, or communication will be securely stored and used solely for educational and administrative purposes. We do not share or sell personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Program Transfer Policy
Students may transfer to another program within the same department at any time during the first three courses. For transfers between different departments, a meeting with an advisor is required. Please note that program transfers may result in additional coursework and fees.
