What is the length of the programs?

Our programs aim for completion within 9 months, with flexible pacing plans. If necessary, we can extend your timeline to a year at no extra cost.

How much time do I need to commit?

We suggest dedicating up to 20-40 hours per week to your learning.

What if I don't finish on time?

You can extend your learning for an additional 3 months at no extra cost. Alternatively, you may request a one-time pause for up to 6 months for a small fee; thereafter, re-enrollment is required.

Is this self-paced learning or live online teacher-led instruction?

Students can complete the program independently or virtually via live online classrooms, or some blend of both. We offer daily Zoom study halls and weekly instructor-led live classes.

What is the total tuition/ cost of a program?

All programs cost a total of $2493 each. Tuition is charged monthly - you pay $277 each month for 9 months.

What is included in the tuition price?

The tuition price includes full access to your complete digital curriculum, all live online sessions including daily study hall, direct communication with your teacher, TA, and advisor, and live office hours.

Are the Career Success programs included in the tuition cost?

Career Success programs are not included in the tuition fee. They are offered at an additional cost to you.

Do you offer any scholarships?

Yes, the National Career Academy offers scholarships for various reasons and in various amounts. You can only receive a scholarship once during your program. Apply here.

How does enrollment work?

After enrolling in a program, you'll receive an email from your Academic Advisor within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) with details about your program and how to log in.

When can I enroll and get started?

We have continuous enrollment, which means you can enroll at any time and start your program within the following business day.

What do I need to enroll in a program?

You can enroll right away if you are in or beyond high school. You will need to have a high school diploma, GED certificate, or equivalent to finish the program and take the certification exam.

What if I don’t have a High School diploma or GED?

While you can begin our programs without a high school diploma or GED, you will need to have one by the time you finish the program or after to receive your career diploma.

What level of computer skills do I need?

You need basic computer skills, which include logging into the curriculum portal, getting on Zoom, communicating via email, and other simple functions, such as typing, downloading content, and opening apps.

How can I access the lessons?

Our classes are offered online through our learning portal. You will need to use a computer, laptop, tablet, or mobile device with an internet connection to log in and access the curriculum.

How are the courses sequenced?

Our curriculum starts with the basics and gradually moves to more specialized courses with learning mastery progressing with each course.

What happens if I don’t understand the lesson content?

We encourage you to join a live study hall and ask the TA for help, reach out to your teacher for support, or connect with your advisor for guidance.

What is the Certification Pass Promise?

Our Pass Promise guarantees that completing our program equips you with the knowledge to pass the certification exam. If you don't succeed on the first attempt, we will refund you the exam fee when you sign up for the exam prep course.

Where can I find the school’s policies and procedures?

Our policies and procedures, including our cancellation and refund policy, grievance procedures, and transfer requests can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

What if I don’t have access to a computer or internet?

We recommend that you go to your local library. You can reserve a computer and get online to access the curriculum. You can also do this with your mobile phone using your 3G or 5G service.

How do I troubleshoot technology?

We understand technology can sometimes give us some trouble. When this happens, you can email or direct message your advisor. They can guide you through it.
